Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the carrier and your location.

  • Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Currently, we ship to all addresses within Pakistan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team directly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rightlife Organics, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because our items are personal care products, we maintain a strict return window to ensure the integrity of our inventory.

The 4-Day Return Window

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

  • Initiation: Please contact us at +92 (334) 3274427 as soon as possible to initiate your return. We require your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final after the 4-day period. We do not accept returns or exchanges beyond 4 days of delivery.

  • We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing and inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
