At Rightlife Organics, we stand behind the quality of our Under Eye Serum and Hair Oil. Because our products are organic and for personal care, we maintain a specific return window to ensure the safety and integrity of our inventory.

1. The 4-Day Return Window

We offer a 4-day return period from the date of delivery.

  • Timely Notification: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us to initiate the process within 4 days of receiving your package.

  • Final Sale: Once this 4-day window has passed, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a successful return, please verify that your item meets the following criteria:

  • Unused & Unopened: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact. Due to the nature of skincare and hair care products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or tested.

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready when contacting us.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our glass bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item:

  1. Inspect Immediately: Please check your parcel upon arrival.

  2. Report Within 24 Hours: For damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damaged product and the packaging.

  3. Resolution: We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund for any items damaged during transit.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you are within the 4-day window and wish to return your product, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Shipping the Return: Once your return is authorized, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable courier service (such as TCS or Leopards) to ensure the package reaches us safely.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund Method: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are typically processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale."

  • Products with broken safety seals.

  • Returns requested after the 4-day delivery mark.
